Seek God first and read His promises. They will fill you with so much hope daily.

Write a list of all the things you are worrying about. Now, cross off all the situations that are not in your control.

So, what is left?

Find Scripture to support each one that is left.

Your worry and fear come from feeling stuck or unprepared by not praying and giving them to God first.

Stop reacting to everything. You just can’t make everything an issue, especially if it is out of your control.

God has you covered.

“Humble yourself under the mighty hand of God.” - 1 Peter 5:6

You are not defeated; you are untrained in His Purpose.

Train yourself to seek God first before anything.

What a privilege it is to be able to wake up and try it all over again.
