God wants you to know that His powerful HAND is upon you. Satan is under your feet. Storms will come, you must depend on the power of His name to remind ourselves that He does hear our prayers.

You have to MAKE UP your MIND to make those LIFESTYLE CHANGES. The MORE you focus on God, the less you will think of defeat. God is able to do SUPERABUNDANTLY More than anything that you and I could ever HOPE, ASK, or EVEN THINK.

“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.” - Ephesians 3:20.

The Lord is your strength and He knows what changes we need to bring about. He will STRENGTHEN you, just ASK.

The Holy Spirit is our helper and guide.

KEY NOTE: You must keep emotions from always trying to CONTROL you. Do NOT open that door. Do Not get mad. Do NOT lose your mind and get out of control only to feel sorry about it later.

Give thanks daily to the Holy Spirit for His continual GUIDANCE.
